WRC Collision ("we", "us") operates wrccollision.com. This page explains what information we collect through the website, how we use it, and who we share it with. If you have questions, call (818) 765-8500 or email team@wrccollision.com.

Information you give us

When you submit an estimate or contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, your vehicle's year, make and model, and any notes you add. If you call, email or text us, we receive whatever you choose to share.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours uses cookies and similar technologies to record basic usage data: pages viewed, approximate location based on IP address, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. We use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics, which measures site traffic, and Google Ads tags, which measure whether our advertising leads to calls and estimate requests.

How we use information

  • To respond to your estimate request and schedule or perform repairs
  • To communicate with you and, where you ask us to, with your insurance company
  • To understand how the website is used and improve it
  • To measure and improve our advertising

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business:

  • Twilio SendGrid delivers the form submission to our shop inbox by email.
  • Google Analytics receives website usage data.
  • Google Ads receives a record that a form was submitted or a call was placed. When you submit a form, your email address and phone number are converted into a one-way hashed code in your browser and sent to Google so it can match the request to an ad click (Google calls this "enhanced conversions"). Google receives the hashed code, not the readable email or phone number.
  • Google call tracking. Visitors who arrive from a Google ad may see a Google forwarding phone number in place of our direct line. Calls to that number connect to our shop as usual, and Google records that the call took place, its duration and the caller's area code.
  • Vercel hosts the website and processes standard server logs.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to your insurance carrier when you ask us to handle a claim.

Your choices

  • You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
  • You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on, and manage ad personalization in Google My Ad Center.
  • You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing team@wrccollision.com. California residents may make these requests under California law, and we will not treat you differently for making one.
  • If you would rather not use the form at all, call us at (818) 765-8500.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests and repair records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal, warranty and insurance record-keeping obligations. Analytics data is retained according to Google's standard retention settings.

Children

The website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the effective date above.
